Location: Budapest, Hungary (home-based)

***This is a permanent position***
***Training in Budapest, the position will become home-based in Budapest after the training***

Main Duties:
To provide excellent support to the UK-based recruitment team in administration and coordination

The Role:
To register and update candidates’ details on a database
To contact candidates over the phone (who are mostly based in the UK)
To contact the recruitment team by phone and email
To publish positions on different job portals
To manage the company’s website
To deal with different social media platforms
To follow up the projects’ status and according to that take appropriate action
To undertake general administrative duties required during the process of recruitment
To complete any other ad hoc recruitment related duty
Occasionally travelling to the UK (approx. 3 to 4 times a year)
Working closely with the lead Recruitment Coordinator who is also based in Budapest

Candidate's Profile:

Fluency in English to a high standard (written & spoken) is essential
Additional fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is an advantage
Additional fluency in any other European language is a plus

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
Previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources is a strong advantage
Previous experience of living and working in the UK is a strong advantage
Strong administrative skills, attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive & dynamic
Able to work alone and is self-motivated
Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Happy to travel occasionally to London to the head office (approx. 3 to 4 times a year)
