Refund and Ticketing Consultant (Travel Industry)
Salary: Up to £26,000 pa + Benefits (24 days holiday + BH, Private medical insurance and more)
Location: Manchester- Hybrid working pattern

*** HYBRID working pattern- 2 days in the office and 3 days at home***

Main duties:
Supporting Ticketing and Refunds Manager in issuing tickets and refunds.

The Role:
- To be responsible for manual ticketing and refunds processing
- To monitor queue
- To issue credit notes to clients
- To be applying for airlines refunds
- To be processing weekly BSP/ARC reconciliations
- To be resolving ADMs
- To be exceeding customers’ expectation by offering professional advice
- To successfully prioritise work load
- To be attending meetings and team activities

 

 

- Previous experience in ticketing and refunds role
- Previous experience in travel industry
- Experience in native GDS (Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo) desirable
- Knowledge of Agresso Travel System desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Target-driven and strategic attitude
