Sales Manager
Salary: up to £60,000 p.a. Depending On Experience

Main duties:
To identify and develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients and convert prospects into sales.


The Role:
- To identify and generate sales leads and follow up on opportunities with new and existing clients
- To develop and execute the company’s business plan in order to increase revenue
- To manage key customer accounts and build strong working relationships
- To monitor the market trends and adjust the sales strategy accordingly
- To manage the sales team and provide training and guidance where necessary
- To monitor and report on the department’s performance; highlighting team successes and areas for improvement
- To set sales budget and targets for the team in line with company policy

Candidate's Profile

- Experience in B2B Sales or Business Development – Essential
- Knowledge of or experience in the Industrial or Chemical Industry – Essential
- Previous experience in team management
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
