Responsibilities

Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
Ref: 4212SS

Main duties:
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide administration support to the sales team

The Role:
– To respond to customer enquiries and ensure communication is kept up to date
– To produce quotes and process orders
– Follow up on quotes and orders ensuring customer requirements are met and delivered timeously
– Liaise with internal departments as required
– To ensure accurate pricing is achieved
– Attend meetings as needed and required

Candidate's Profile

– Fluent in either French or Spanish is beneficial but not a requirement
– Administration / Sales support experience a plus
– IT literate especially word and excel
– Excellent communication skills
– Team player with excellent time management skills
