Main duties:
To cold-call companies with a goal to securing quality appointments for Senior Sales Consultants.

The Role:
- To generate and source leads for new business sales opportunities
- To qualify new business leads and secure appointments/meetings for Senior Sales
  Consultants
- To develop a pipeline of short and long term prospects
- To work to agreed KPI's sales targets
- To negotiate, handle objection and develop long lasting professional relationships
- To gain a good knowledge of the services and promote them to clients
- To organise and attend trade shows to represent the company (2 or 3 per year in
  Germany)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German AND English to Mother tongue standard (written & spoken) is
  ESSENTIAL

- Excellent telephone manner, communication and negotiation skills at C-level
  (Networking)

- Persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers
- Ability to handle objection
- Target-driven and strategic attitude
- IT literate
