Senior Customer Services and Travel Advisor (French Speaking)
Salary: Up to £29,000 pa (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Berkshire

*Full time & Permanent position*
*Fully office based*


Main duties:
Delivering an excellent customer service from the moment of booking, to post travel follow-up.


The Role:
-Handle clients’ pre travel queries by email and phone
-Prepare and send all travel documents to customers
-Deal with post travel feedback
-Administrative tasks
-Organising itineraries
-Occasional overseas travel

Candidate's Profile

-Fluent in French
-Previous experience in travel industry
-Excellent customer service skills and experience
-Good computer skills (MS office and outlook)
-Pleasant telephone manner and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Great attention to detail and enjoy being a team player

Salary

Up to £29,000 pa (DOE) + Bonus
