Main Purposes of role:
To support the successful development of the company's HR strategy regionally

The Role:
- To liaise with Management to plan and organise all HR matters in order to ensurethe
  development of an effective, productive and motivated workforce
- To contribute to business decisions and strategy to drive profitability and value
- To be in charge of all HR activities in the UK (as well as in France and Spain) involving
  recruiting, employee relations, salary planning, employee training, benefits
  administration, and all other human resources related activities necessary to support
  the business needs.
- To promote a positive company culture which supports the business goals and
  objectives for increased growth and profitability.
- To lead, develop, and motivate the team by encouraging initiative, requiring high quality
  and communicating effectively
- To ensure changes in Employment Law are applied


Candidate's Profile:

- English to mother tongue level essential, Spanish highly desirable
- Strong previous experience in Human Resources working in a global manufacturing or
  industrial environment is required.
- Forward thinking and strategic with respect to HR processes and systems, creating a
  climate for change.
- Able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of applicable various country specific employment laws/rules/regulations.
- Impeccable integrity; able to communicate and engage personnel at all levels of the
  organisation
- Emotionally intelligent change agent who challenges the status quo and acts with a
  sense of urgency to deliver results.  
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Happy to travel internationally and nationally on a regular basis
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
