Main Duties:
We are looking for an experienced Software Support Analyst/Consultant to join a multilingual small Customer Support team and act as a Helpdesk Team Leader.

The Role:
- To give daily support for the existing clients and help them with daily technical support
- To manage IT Help Desk Team (4 people) and evaluate performance also to ensure
  customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.
- To provide smooth and efficient customer support on a daily basis (be a hands on
  manager and actively work with the team and provide daily support for customers)
- To give feedback to the internal teams (Sales, Software Engineers, Trainers)
- To contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and
  handling complaints
- KPI & SLA management, to report performance weekly and monthly to the management
- To develop the team’s knowledge
- To train new team members and responsible for mentoring

Candidate's Profile:

- Windows Operating System and Microsoft Applications knowledge is desirable
- Experiences in Software Support, ideally MS SQL database or similar ERP
  software

- Experienced in 2nd and 3rd line technical support
- Previous experiences as a Senior or a Team leader with IT / Help Desk Support is a
  strong advantage
- Lives at commutable distance by car from Maidenhead and must be a car
  owner

- Experiences in SAAS, ERP or financial software packages support would be strong
  advantage
- Fluent in French or German or Dutch or Swedish would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Able to encourage collaborative working and demonstrate teamwork at the highest level
