Main duties:
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager - Ensure that all Company Chalets operate to 5 star standards, within budget and according to company values.

The Role:
To ensure that all Company Chalets operate to 5 star standards, within budget and according to company values.
Establish team requirements; set up recruitment programme; recruit staff and organise applicable administration for their employment.
Organise resort set up for each season – includes product, chalets, transport company and staff.
Manage all properties – work with General Manager to prepare all developments/maintenance/improvements.  
Operate in-resort training programme and management of staff and product during the season to maintain high standards.  Manage in-resort guest relations.
Manage all supplier relations to the benefit and development of onsite operations.
Any other reasonable request made by the General Manager and/or Directors.


Candidate's Profile:

Fluent in English with additional language French
Team management experience
Supplier relations management experience
Experience in hospitality / events / Operations / Logistics
Excellent communicator, internally and externally
A great organiser with a "can do" approach to work
A natural leader who believes in management by example

Salary:

circa 1,800€ pcm + free accommodation + season ski pass + all meals included + hire, other benefits
