French Speaking Software Support analyst (French Speaking)
Analyst, IT support, CRM, PMP, Software, SaaS, electronic data management, Electronic record systems,  Customer Support, Customer Care, 1st line suppport, 2nd line support
Salary: up to £23,000 p.a DOE + benefits

Main duties:
To analyze and troubleshoot technical ussues raised by customers..  

The Role:
- To handle clients' emails, tickets and phone calls in a smooth and professioanal manner;
- To troubleshoot reported issues  and work with technical team to fix them;
- To deal with user requests within a given timeframe;
- To build a relationship with the client;
- To share user feedback with internal team to influence product development;
- To interact with English and French speaking customers;
- To update customers on the resolution of their enquiery;
- To liaise with internal team as needed.


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & French – Essential
- Experience in a 1st Line support role
- Methodical, accurate and highly organized
- Exceptional communication skills
- Creative problem solving/troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure
- Exceptional Customer Care Skills

Salary:

up to £23,000 p.a DOE + pension scheme + 24 days holiday (up to 28 after few years) + Long service profit share scheme + Annual Tour Team + free tea coffee and fruits + childcare vouchers + cycle to work scheme + Park and Ride savings scheme
