Salary: £26,000 p.a. + 15% Bonus + Excellent benefits

* One year fixed term contract – Maternity Cover until March 2023 *
* Working hours Mon-Thurs 8am – 5pm, Fri 8am – 3pm *
* Hybrid working system*

Main Duties:
To support the Customer Service department with EMEA accounts via emails, chats and phone calls.

The Role:
- Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Providing first line technical support if/when required
- Supporting the Account Managers on regional accounts
- Managing live chat communication with clients
- Supporting the Sales department with new sales lead information
- Ensuring all customers' queries are dealt efficiently
- Managing logistical issues
- Providing support on key projects


Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
- Fluent in either Italian or French (written and spoken)
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Coordination experience desirable
- Excellent communication & customer focused
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, CRM system)


£26,000 pa basic salary + 15% Bonus + Excellent benefits
