*** Candidate must be able to commute to Nottingham central by public
      transport ***

*** Full customer training will be provided, career progression within the

*** Shift rota: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 5:30 pm ***

Main Duties:
To provide Customer Service and Help Desk Support for international clients.

The Role:
- Provide 1st line technical support and problem fixing for end users on all
  systems (Including remote desktop)
- Support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers and
  servers)
- Software installation and maintenance
- Provide network support, phone system support
- Installation and administration of users
- Database housekeeping, record keeping and documentation
- Guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely
  manner
- Priorities tasks to achieve SLA’s

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Spanish AND Italian (Written and Spoken)
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Customer Service experiences is necessary for the role
- Previous experiences in IT support, 1st line help desk support or Technical Help
  Desk is a strong advantage
- IT related problem-solving skills is beneficial
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of Office365, Exchange 2013,
  Windows 10, Windows 8
- Candidate be able to commute to Nottingham central by public transport
