Salary: £20,000/25,000 p.a. DOE + benefits

Main duties:
- To support Sales and Marketing department in meeting customer needs and improving
  customer experience.
- To support Account Managers in achieving department objectives and targets
- To develop strong working relationships internally
- To implement process improvements to continuously improve performance

The Role:
- To set and achieve sales targets and objectives
- To handle customer enquiries and quotations
- Manager and report customer feedback
- Maintain customer database accurately
- Develop company brand strategy
- Work with customer service to resolve customer queries
- Help develop a sales and marketing strategy
- Liaise with technical on new product development
- Invoicing and Credit control tasks when required

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Fluent in Spanish and/or German is essential
- Commercial experience is desirable
- Chemistry degree would be an advantage
- Marketing or business related degree is essential
- Drive to exceed expectations
- Understanding of Sales process and Marketing is a bonus
- Resilient and enthusiastic
- Effective communicator
- Comfortable to juggle different tasks at the same time
- Good MS Office skills


£20,000/25,000 p.a. depending on experience + benefits ( 24 days holidays, Health Scheme, Pension Scheme)
