Spanish speaking Business Sales Support

Main duties:
Part of the customer service team, you will be supporting sales on the Spanish market by developing the range of products acquired by public and private clients.

The role:
– Deal with customers’ enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
– Advise new and existing clients on the range of products available
– Maintain and develop customer relationships
– Provide quotations based on customer specifications
– Create new accounts into the system and monitor their activities
– Translate technical or general documentation when required

– Fluency in Spanish essential
– Interest in continuing/kicking off a career in sales or business development
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Excellent organisational skills
– Ambitious and self-motivated
– Strong presentation skills
– Computer literate (Excel, outlook, Online Tools…)
– Experience of client interaction
