Main Duties:
To support the Engineers and Sales Team with order processing and export administration also providing excellent level of customer service.

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries and process orders in the system
- To check the pricelist and quotations and put all details accordingly in the system
  (SAP)
- To manage return process and resolve any issues related to orders
- To support Sales and Engineers Team with administration
- To respond to customer queries relating to stock availability, quotations, delivery
   etc.
- To provide Technical Support and have a pro-active contact with existing and
  potential customers
- To keep accurate records and maintain customer databases
- To deal with general administrative duties

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Spanish written and spoken is essential
- Fluent in English and German written and spoken
- Customer Service experiences within Manufacturing Company is a strong
  advantages
- Technical support background would be a bonus
- Experiences in Order Processing or Purchasing is a bonus
- ERP system knowledge and MS Office skills necessary
- SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
- Communicative, proactive attitude to resolve problems
- Lives at commutable distance from Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg
