Salary: between £24,000 and £27,000 pa DOE + Bens

The role:
To support the sales process by monitoring customer’s accounts and providing excellent IT and Technical Support

Main Duties:
- To establish and maintain relationships with clients, being the main point of contact for
  Spanish speaking customers
- To ensure all customer enquiries or requests are dealt efficiently
- To provide excellent IT and Technical Support
- To own problems and provide solutions to customers
- To master nuances of the 3D Systems e-commerce system and back office management
- To communicate progress, changes, and all issues to customers in a timely manner
- To maintain excellent procedures and documenting detail
- To assist other team members with workload as required


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and Spanish to mother tongue level - essential.
- Previous knowledge of a manufacturing or IT support environment would be
  advantage but not necessary.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong team player.
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Problem solver, organised, attention to detail and multitasking skills.
