Spanish speaking Field Maintenance Engineer (Installation Support)
Location: Dudley
Hybrid work 2 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum plus car, benefits and bonus

Main duties:
Providing technical onboarding and installation support to customers on the UK market as well internationally

The role:
– Be responsible for the on-boarding of new customers
– Supply training on the range of products
– Provide technical support and advice within an international territory (Spain)
– Liaise with the engineering team on product development
– Provide first line technical support with all aspects related to installation, service and maintenance

– Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
– Experience within a field based technical support role required
– Technical qualification beneficial (Mechanical Engineering)
– Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer care
– Able to work autonomously
– Must be able to travel (valid passport and driver’s licence) essential
