Salary: up to £23,000 pa + benefits  (DOE)
Location: West Yorkshire

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer care and support the Sales Team

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- To process enquires, orders and quotations
- To follow up quotations, orders and potential business opportunities
- To organise transport and deliveries
- To communicate effectively with others departments
- To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English & Spanish  (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Good level of French is a plus
- Previous experience in Sales Administration or similar is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
