Spanish Speaking Sales Coordinator (Wholesale)
Salary: up to £34,000 pa DOE
Location: Central London

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day sales administration within a busy Customer Services team and to ensure the highest standard of customer support
Providing customer focus, account management and functional expertise whilst contributing towards the European Customer Services vision.

The Role:
- Build relationships with customers & understand their needs
- Process orders and ensure on-time delivery using on system
- Update customers details accurately on the system
- Liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Delivery / Credits / Returns
- Monitor orders and advise Team Leader of any known problems or delays
- Take accountability for managing and shipping order book
- Promoting a proactive approach to help maximize sales

- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Fluency in another European language would be a bonus
- SAP experience preferred although not compulsory
- Strong experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Services - Essential
- Previous experience in a Wholesale / B2B CS environment - Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality

Up to £34,000 pa DOE + bonus + benefits
