Spanish Speaking Sales Executive – Export
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum plus £10,000 commission

Main duties:
Managing and developing Spanish-speaking customer accounts, generating new business, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
This role is perfect for a target-driven individual who wants to earn money, with realistic sales targets and full support from the team.
The role:
– Report to the Export Sales Manager as a key member of the Sales Team
– Drive sales growth within Spanish-speaking markets (Spain and LATAM)
– Manage existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
– Attend customer sites and trade exhibitions, following a structured plan
– Maintain accurate sales records, CRM reports, and order processing
– Support marketing and sales strategies to raise company profile
– Ensure sales activity meets agreed margins and KPIs
– Communicate effectively across departments and escalate issues when needed
– Work in a collaborative environment with strong team support
– Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
– Prior industrial/manufacturing/export experience not necessarily required – full training provided
– Language skills, commercial awareness, and personality are priority
– Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
– Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
– Well organised with administrative and CRM skills
– Proactive, commercially aware, and able to identify new market opportunities
– Willingness to travel to customers and exhibitions as required
