Strategic Travel Account Manager (USA)
Salary: up to $75,000 per annum plus $10,000 OTE and benefits
Location: HOME BASED
Must be based in Midwest, South, or East of US
Experience in Travel Industry is a must

Main duties:
To be responsible for existing accounts and creating new business opportunities across all channels.
The Role:
– To identify and deliver solutions that build long term partnership and retention
– To deliver the Digital First strategy, for example Workflow Solutions and Online Booking
– To monitor industry trends and customer data to identify new solutions and revenue streams
– To work closely with Service, Tech, Operations or Finance teams to deliver continuous
improvement of the service
– To collaborate with Operations team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
– To monitor internal and external key performance indicators
– To develop and implement an action plans for improvement, tracking results and performance
– To report directly to the Commercial Director
– To attend the meetings and exhibitions in London area
– Previous experience in Sales and Account Management in B2B is a must
– Experience in Travel Industry is essential
– Knowledge of German, Dutch, French or Italian would be beneficial
– Able to demonstrate negotiation techniques and successes
– Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
– Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
