Strategic Travel Account Manager
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experiences, plus £10,000 OTE bonus plus car allowance
Location: Home based

Main duties:
To take ownership of managing an existing portfolio of accounts while actively seeking out new solutions and opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The Role:
- To consistently identify and provide effective solutions that foster enduring partnerships and retention
- To implement the Digital First strategy, with focus on solutions such as Workflow Solutions and Online Booking.
- To proactively monitor industry trends and analyse customer data to discover innovative solutions and new
   revenue streams
- To closely collaborate with Service, Tech or Finance teams to drive continuous service improvement
- To collaborate with Operations team to ensure service is in line with contractual obligations
- To effectively track both internal and external key performance indicators
- To develop and implement action plans for improvement, track results and performance
- To report directly to the Commercial Director


Candidate's Profile

- Previous experience in Sales and Account Management in B2B is a must
- Experience in Travel Industry is essential
- Knowledge of German, Dutch, French or Italian would be beneficial
- Able to demonstrate negotiation techniques and successes
- Fully competent and confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
- Highly organised and proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
