Main duties:
To be responsible for stock management, controlling and monitoring stocks and to secure timely deliveries and managing production and supply.

The Role:
•    To manage production and supply to ensure that orders are completed to an agreed
      date
•    To confirm dates to customer and other requirements
•    To input forecasts for ordering new products onto the system and ensuring the product
      flow is as  requested
•    To work closely with Sales Managers to ensure forecasts in the system
•    To analyse customer sales and inventory and working with the Operations Manager on
      stock in channel updates
•    To resolve supply issues with the Head Quarter team in Korea
•    To monitor codes and product availability in the system
•    To participate in internal and external meetings if required to attend, sharing ideas,
      being responsive and pro-active at all times


Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent in Korean and English
•    Experience in a similar role (Import and Export / Logistics / Supply Chain)
•    Excellent communication and organisation skills
•    IT literate (MS Office knowledge, Excel, Pivot)
•    SAP knowledge would be a bonus
•    Flexible to work during the weekend when the job is required
•    Eligible to work in the UK and able to travel occasionally outside from UK
•    Min. 18 months valid VISA required for the role (client is not providing sponshorship)

Salary:

circa £30,000 pa (depending on experiences) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits (Pension, Life Assurance, Gym Membership, Eye care voucher)
