Main duties:
To co-ordinate, project manage and facilitate communication of export admin activity across the group brands.

The Role:
- To support and coordinate the export administration
- To manage the day to day enquiries and orders
- To process quotations and estimate cost, and organise sample making where applicable
- To project manage enquiries from start to finish
- To facilitate communication between clients and internal department
- To guide clients through project
- To support the Business development managers in securing tender
- To understand and manage increased margin negotiation & calculation work
- To monitor orders progress from receipt of purchase orders through to delivery of goods
- To liaise regularly between customers and internal departments as required
- To monitor supply of goods, production timing and ETA of delivery/logistic
- To ensure service levels and customer service standards are maintained to the highest level



Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Knowledge of Interior Design Market (would be an advantage)
- Previous experience in sales Coordination, customer service and/ or export
- A ‘Hands on’ and ‘can do’ approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
