Main duties:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing inquiries and claims, collaborating with departments to ensure a seamless experience, and maintaining customer satisfaction
The role:
– Focus on customer service queries and claims handling
– Provide exceptional support to customers and manages inquiries
– Facilitate efficient resolution of claims
– Communicate effectively with customers
– Investigate and assesses claims
– Collaborate with relevant departments for seamless customer experience
– Play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction
– Build strong customer relationships
– Uphold the company’s reputation for outstanding service and fairness
– Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian (written and spoken)
– Customer-oriented with a passion for providing excellent service
– Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
– Skilled in building positive, productive relationships with customers and team members
– Adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and customer needs
– Self-motivated and proactive, able to meet targets and deadlines independently
– Attentive to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and documentation
