Swedish speaking Customer Service
Salary: up to £24,000 pro rata + Benefits
Location: Shropshire- Remote working available
Ref: 2209S


*** 3 months fixed term contract available with immediate start ***
*** Home based role after a training period ***


Main duties:
To deliver first class customer service and respond all enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.


The Role:
• To promote the company’s product and use the brand knowledge to build relationship that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales
• To manage order processing in the system
• To offer alternatives when products out of stock and be confident up and cross-selling
• To monitor and answer online reviews and feedbacks
• To update customers data accordingly in the system
• To give support to the Sales and Marketing team

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Passionate about Customer Service
• IT literate and CRM software user
• Excellent telephone manner
• Car owner due to the company’s location (no public transport)

Salary

Up to £24,000 p.a. depending on experience + Benefits
