Main duties:
To grow sales with existing customers and identify new customers. To promote the company’s products and grow the business.

The Role:
- Manage & grow assigned accounts via ongoing contact with customers & leads.
- Drive awareness of product portfolio through digital presence & traditional customer site
- Identify, follow up, secure current and future business & secure orders.
- Drive sales effectiveness by effectively managing pricing and discounting.
- Develop value pricing models for products & services.
- Monitor and drive margin expansion within allocated territory
- Develop and communicate strategic account plans and results.  
- Resolve customer complaints & obstacles to the sales process
- Developing solutions, preparing reports and driving solutions

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in German would be a strong asset
- Successful track record selling
- Happy to travel up to 60% of your working time
- Independent, self-reliant and self-motivated
- Previous experience in technical design/drawings and/or metalworking industries – Desirable
- Confident, proactive and dynamic
- Able to build relationships and a fast learner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
