Territory Key Account Manager m/w/d
Location: Germany (remote)
Salary: £70,000 OTE

Main duties:
Manage and grow export key accounts and existing distributor and dealerships in Europe
Report to Sales Director based in the UK

The role:
– Act as a strong key account manager with existing dealerships in Europe
– Drive growth across the product line and company brands
– Maintain and grow existing relationships and in turn increase export sales turnover
– Increase both the product line retailer and wholesaler and EU dealer network
– Focus on award winning products within the Leisure sector
– Responsible for delivering required EU sales targets and unit quantities
– Provide retailer dealer training, regular contact and ongoing support – product, sales, aftersales
– Contribute to company’s lead generation (working with sales and relationship support)
– Lead role for new business growth for all company’s brands in Europe
– Effectively manage the opening of new accounts and in-store displays where relevant
– Manage and attend of all European exhibitions

– Fluent in German to business level (written and spoken)
– Additional fluency in Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian – advantageous
– Proven sales outcomes against forecasts in a competitive marketplace
– Able to sell ideas, products, and services and negotiate growth outcome
– A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
– Experience organising and attending events, shows and customer days to promote product ranges
– Strong IT skills – including creating presentations for business development leads
– A solid understanding or qualification in business and marketing principles
– Demonstrate ownership of customers, products, and problem solving
– Full, clean driving license, ability to travel on a regular basis to Germany and other European countries

£50,000 plus £15,000 OTE plus £5,000 car allowance
