French speaking Transport Planner

Main Duties:
• Plan and coordinate transportation routes and schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage and optimize transport operations, working with multiple carriers and suppliers.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics efficiency and solve any transport-related issues.
• Negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and third-party vendors.
• Analyse transport data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on transport performance, costs, and service levels.

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in transport planning or a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and EU logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Proficient in transport management software and Microsoft Office.
