Travel Sales Development Executive

Salary: up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience

Main duties:
To develop sales opportunities with new and existing clients and increase revenue across European destinations.
The Role:
– To research and develop innovative products in both new and existing destinations
– To ensure existing products are kept up to date and in line with market trends
– To follow up on enquiries and create new opportunities with new clients
– To negotiate suppliers’ contracts and terms of business to ensure product profitability
– To create bespoke travel packages and itineraries and provide competitive quotations
– To follow up for feedback from clients and adjust product accordingly to ensure quality
– To manage operations for designated accounts and complete necessary administration
– To provide on tour support
– Experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) – Essential
– Fluency in a second European language would be beneficial
– Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
– Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– IT literate
