Trilingual Customer Service Advisor
Salary: up to £24,500pa + benefits
Location: Middlesex
Ref: 5274I

Main Duties:
To support the Customer Service department with EMEA and DACH accounts

The Role:
- Supporting the Account Managers on regional accounts
- Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Providing first line technical support if/when required
- Managing live chat communication with clients
- Supporting the Sales department
- Ensuring all customers' queries are dealt efficiently
- Managing logistical issues
- Providing support on key projects

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- Fluency in 2 European languages especially French / German / Italian essential (Written and spoken)
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Coordination experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication & customer focused.
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, CRM system)
