Responsibilities

Trilingual IT support (German and additional EU language)
Salary: Up to £29,500 (DOE) + bonus and benefits
Location: Middlesex
Ref: 103EU

*Hybrid working pattern*
*Monday to Friday – 38.5 hours with early finish on Fridays*


Main Duties:
Solving customers’ technical issues and queries.
The Role:
-Deal with technical issues and product related questions
-Handle requests via live chat, email, web, social media and more
-Monitor database and CRM requests in timely manner
-Perform tests in order to identify and fix problems
-Update customers on pending requests
-Create reports and share results in team meetings

Candidate's Profile

-Fluent in English, German and one other additional European language (Written and Spoken) ideally French, Spanish, Italian or Polish
-A level educated or equivalent
-Experience in technical support (desirable)
-Knowledge of computers and IT literate
-Positive and problem solving skills
-Excellent customer service

Salary

Up to £29,500 (DOE) + bonus and benefits
