National Area Sales Manager (Poland)
Location: Kraków - Poland
Can be located in the following cities:
Kraków, Lodz, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Szczecin, Bydgoszcz, Lublin
Salary: circa 280,000 PLN OTE + Car

Main duties:
Establish and maintain sales levels against set company targets, develop sales & distribution channels in Poland

- Research & develop a rapport with a new & emerging dealer network
- Translation of material including weekly marketing material.
- Secure meetings with existing clients and negotiate new contracts & manage new tenders
- Produce & follow up quotes for Polish clients
- Receive telephone calls from retailers, clients, prospects
- Maintain & develop a sales pipeline on a CRM system with accurate customer & prospect information
- Respond to inbound phone calls and customer enquiries including aftersales
- Provide feedback to internal departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, R&D and Warehouse

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & Polish (written & verbal)
- Possess excellent communication skills
- A flair for presenting a product
- Sales experience dealing with owner managers
- Willing to travel throughout Poland
- Highly organised with good route planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work to set standards and procedures


circa 280,000 PLN (178,000 PLN base + 102,000 PLN in commissions)
